Safari users will now see the old layout until the issue is fixed.

Our new layout has issues with Safari.  We are in the process of dealing with them. 

I am assuming you are using Safari.  If you have Chrome, Firefox, Opera or IE you should see it fine.

Congrats on your swap!

I can approve it for you but if you but I would appreciate it if you have the time to give me a bit more feedback so we could pinpoint what the issue is.  Can you tell me where in the following process things go wrong?  What is supposed to happen is this:

Once you select the coupon in the relevant list box of the "step 2: Delivery", the button on the top right changes from "Next" to "Recalculate".  When you click "Recalculate" the shipping cost on the lower right changes to "Free of Charge" and the button changes to "Next" again.  Once you click it you get to the "Review" page to finish the approval.

On the changing of items, I think what you remember is the previous swap located on Jan. 2nd.  A person rejected that swap and Swapdom found an alternate swap for you.  You may view the rejected swap if you go to "My Swaps", click on "Show filters" and select "Past Swaps".

Hi Maggie,

You should have received instructions for the shipping label by now.  There was actually a delay of a few hours in this particular batch due to a wrong zip code in the address of one of the swappers involved.  It usually is a much faster automated process.  However, the accuracy of the addresses is obviously important and we make sure to resolve any problems before the labels are released.

Congrats on your swap!

It takes some time once tha last swapper approves for the payments to be actually captured (they were only reserved when people approved) and the shipping labels generated. 

You will receive an email when the shipping label becomes available and a button to that effect will appear in place of the "Arrange drop off" label.
