Hi Shannon,

While editing an item, if you select an existing picture, you may click on the trash can icon to delete it.   You may also just click on one of the upload icons to upload a different picture.  In that case the new picture will replace the existing one.

Once you are uploading, simply click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to appear first; this will be the primary picture, displayed in the search results.
