New Layout Not Appearing Properly

Since the site was updated last month, the new layout doesn't appear properly on my screen anymore. The site is 10x slower to load than it previously was when trying to see swappable items and once I see the items, it only shows part of them while selecting the whole screen (I've included a screenshot to help explain). It's not a huge issue, but it's really annoying and makes the site as a whole harder to use. When you guys get a few moments, please look into it. I like the new layout- I just wish it would appear properly.
