The momentary appearance of the profile head in the upper right suggests we are past any cookie issues and are facing probably privacy protection issues.
Are you in private browsing mode?  Swapdom uses features to let you share your Swapdom-profile with friends and some privacy settings in the browser may be denying that.  We use the addthis service to allow you to do this, and the browser may be blocking it.

Is it easy for you to try a different browser, or to disengage private browsing for a moment?

I see your account is in good order.  What you are experiencing is probably a browser issue. Usually you can get around it in one of the following ways:
1) Close and re-open your browser.
2) Clear the browser's cache
3) If the above do not help, use a different browser.  We support current versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE and Opera.

I would appreciate it if you gave me your browser version.

I just submitted it for you.
The version of Internet Explorer may be the reason you do not see things properly.
We support IE 10.  You may get away with working with IE9, but marginally.  Earlier versions are not supported.
We support all current versions of popular browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera.

I can see your "Vintage gold dress" swap and I have no trouble seeing the submit button.
I have emailed you an image of what  I see. As you can see the submit button is where you clicked to go from step 1, to step 2, to step 3 of the Swap wizard.

Seems to me you are having a browser issue here. Please let me know what broswer and device (pc/pad/phone) you are using.  (Just in case: our phone app is in the works, and the site is not really designed for a phone.)

I can submit this swap for you if you want and you can start and play around with another till we get to the bottom of this. Just let me know.

It should be right there on the right in the third step of the swap creation process.
Alternatively, if you click on "My swaps" in the main menu it should be on the column labeled "Action" on the right.

If you still cannot see it, then please give me your username--not the password--so I can check to see if there is an issue with your account. (It seems that your email in userecho is not the one you used to create your Swapdom account, so I cannot locate your account to check if there is an issue.)

Hi Jackie,

I see your account and the items and swap you created.  I see no error messages in our logs, but I do see you losing the session, so I suspect that we have an issue with the browser cleaning up cookies.  In such cases the following tactics can usually help.

1) Simply close all of your browser windows and start again.
2) If you do not particularly care about your cache, cleaning up the browser cache is relevant to such cases.
3) If you have another browser (our systems detect you as using Chrome, but that is not always accurate) please try it.

I'll be monitoring. Let me know how it goes.
