I just tried printing my shipping label in Firefox and Internet Explorer, but when I hit "Print labe" it comes up with a blank window. Help please!

Several of my last swaps have either been canceled or rejected. I had approved all of them, and paid the shipping. But the paypal funds were never released on your end after they were canceled. They are still showing as pending in my account. I would really like it if my money was released.

I tried signing up last week using my Facebook account but never received a verification email (checked junk folder). I tried signing up again today using my email address and still haven't received a verification email (different email address from Facebook, checked junk folder).  I attempted to login without verifying but of course it told me I need to verify first and it sent another email (which I didn't receive). :(

There are a few items I had to offer that I've since swapped with some friends in-person. But now I can't take them down from the site. It simply says I haven't finished editing them, and when I select delete it just goes back to saying the item needs to be edited. Super frustrated, as this has been a persistent issue for a while now.

I'm in the process of trying to approve my first swap (which, for some reason, changed items over the course of the day) but the free shipping coupon will not apply to the price when I select it, no matter what payment option I choose. It stays at $12.

I have been in 13 or 14 swaps now, but only 3 show up in my list because most of the people come back and immediately delete the item so they can't be rated. While I would have given some people a good review there are also quite a few I would have given a bad review. Being able to review people is helpful and needed like this. I am really frustrated with sending out mostly brand new items with tags on it for peoples dirty laundry and items that are not as in good of shape as described. If I see that other people have rated a swapper bad, I will then know not to request their items. I know I can't be the only one having this experience.

Hi, I was involved in a swap and sent out my item about 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything back. Can I do anything about this?

When I press the "print shipping label" option for an approved swap, it brings me to the swap window, but my only option is to 'set up a drop off'. The swap has been approved by all parties.
