You have indeed uploaded lots of items. Eighteen is a good number of items and several of them have been requested by other folk.
The email you received said that you have not yet offered these requested items in any of your swaps. Items that have already been requested are closer to being swapped. So if you do not wish to add these particular ones to your existing swaps, keep this piece of info in mind when you create more swaps.
Your swaps suggest that you only found four items worth requesting, which is perfectly fine. But it is also true that the more items you request the better your chances. You may also request for alternative items in a single swap, mush as you offer alternative items now.
Let me know if I can be of more help.

Hi Karen,
If you give me your username I can check your account specifically. In general, the time it takes to get a swap varies from a record of 5 minutes to days or weeks depending onhow popular your items are and how active you are. Here are the tactics followed by swappers who have attained more than 5 swaps in our first four months of operation.
1) Log in from time to time, check out new items and add them to you swaps.
2) The more items you request and the more items you offer the better your chances.
Regarding the swap you cannot find. Maybe it timed out or got rejected by another swapper. You can look it up if you go to "My Swaps" and select "past swaps" on the filter. I can tell you for sure what happened if you give me your username.
Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback.
Your observation is correct: the shipping cost discourages swapping of lower cost items.
Our bulk-rate deal with shipping companies is for packages only and the price does not change as you go below 1 lb.
We are working to introduce additional options as alternatives so it will make sense to swap lower cost items.

Hi,
Size is a mandatory field when one uploads an item, so it is always available.
And if during your search you select a category that requires a size, you can filter the result with it. For instance, selecting categories such as fashion/women/Apparel or fashion/women/shoes would open up the size filter.
One thing to note is that in order to see the sizes of items you need to be logged on.
Regarding fabric, condition and other details, folk place that info in the description.
Let me know if I can be of more help.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for joining and for taking time to give feedback.
We are monitoring feadback and site usage to assess whether opening up separate sections is a feature that will be implemented.
Meantime... (apologies if you have figured this one out already)
you may filter results by size, if you select a category that "carries" size in your searches. For instance picking Fashion/Women/Apparel will open up the size filter. So will selecting Fashion/Women/shoes. Other categories, such as Fashion/Women/Accessories are not associated with size filters. Neither is searching with keywords across categories. (i.e. typing "Dresses" in the search field will not open up the size filter; selecting the category "Fashion/Women/Apparel/Dresses" will.)
Thanks again for you input

Hm... Can you access Swapdom from another device? If you do not have access to another computer,
you may want to wait for our Mobile App which should become available within a month.

From our logs it seems that you are accessing Swapdom from an iPad, with a screen size 1024x458. Our site is not really workable in resolutions lower than 1024x768, which is the standard iPad size. We are working on our mobile App. to cater for smaller devices.
As the iPad has a resolution of 1024x768, my guess is that you have various toolbars in your browser, eating up vertical space. If you could switch to full screen while working on Swapdom, that should take care of it.
Let me know how it goes.
