I am having so much trouble, I wonder if it's worth it! Pictures will not upload

Thanks for joining and for taking the time to reach out when you faced problems.

From our logs it seems that you are accessing Swapdom from an iPad, with a screen size 1024x458.  Our site is not really workable in resolutions lower than 1024x768, which is the standard iPad size.  We are working on our mobile App. to cater for smaller devices.  

As the iPad has a resolution of 1024x768, my guess is that you have various toolbars in your browser, eating up vertical space.  If you could switch to full screen while working on Swapdom, that should take care of it.

I'm sorry George, but you are mistaken. If you will re-read the message, you will see that I was trying to "upload" pictures stored on my laptop computer I do use my IPad to access Shopdom, but it is not what I use to upload pics. Can you help me figure out how to upload pictures from a standard laptop? My schedule is very full today and I will not be home, perhaps tonight we can get this problem resolved.  If I need to retake pics, I will do so, I do have a habit of cropping. However they should still have the proper pixel proportions, even cropped.

I do see the login sessions from a windows machine as well.  Sorry for not paying attention to them. The browser there is Internet Explorer version 9.0 which is too old to be supported.  If you have Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera on that laptop you should be ok.

Well then, I guess I am out of luck. I just will not be able to use shopdom then, thanks for your help.
i really thought shopdom was a great site and with spring cleaning, it looked promising, such is my luck. Guess I'll have to try eBay instead.
