I see the account you created under the same email as you declared in userecho.
I also see three verification emails going out and our mail servers state that they delivered them upstream with no errors. Since you did not receive them and they are not in your junk folder, then they must be lost somewhere along the way.
One thing you may try is to place the swapdom.com domain or the email address swap@swapdom.com in your white list.
It is tempting for me to send you the verification email from my personal account, but if you cannot receive the automated emails of the system, then you will not get the announcements of swaps we find for you or the communications other swappers may send you.
Let me know how it goes.

According to our logs the browser you are using is not recognized as one of the standard ones.
Can you please let me know the browser and the version you are using?
We support the recent versions of all major browsers:Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE.
If you are indeed using one of the browsers listed above, you may be sitting behind a proxy. If you do not know what that is or how to avoid it, could you access your account from a different location?

I just checked and UPS reports the package as delivered today.

You can see all the tracking history on "My Swaps", by selecting "Past Swaps" on Status. The swap name is "NWT Dear Creatures Meadow Dress".
The tracking history shows that the other swapper sent it off on Jan. 29th.
The tracking number is: 1ZR310A30390044063.
You may also check this on the UPS site.
I would appreciate it if you confirm that you actually got this.
Finally, as a token gesture, your account was credited with a free shipping coupon you can use on your next swap.
