Trade never received

We all submitted our swaps and I sent mine out, but it's been about two weeks and I haven't gotten my item yet. Is there anything I can do?

Hi Maggie,

I see that you just nudged weepingwillow which is what we would suggest. So far all such nudges from swapper to swapper have had good effect. I guess we tend to have busy schedules, forget, or simply need to be nudged into action. We can also contribute to the effort,but let us first wait to see the response.

I messaged the swapper, she said she would send the item out, but I still haven't received it and I'm very frustrated. I'm not participating in any further swaps until I a) get my shipping money back in full or b) receive the item, neither of which I see happening.

Hi Maggie,

I just checked and UPS reports the package as delivered today.

You can see all the tracking history on "My Swaps", by selecting "Past Swaps" on Status. The swap name is "NWT Dear Creatures Meadow Dress".
The tracking history shows that the other swapper sent it off on Jan. 29th.

The tracking number is: 1ZR310A30390044063.
You may also check this on the UPS site.

I would appreciate it if you confirm that you actually got this.

Finally, as a token gesture, your account was credited with a free shipping coupon you can use on your next swap.
