My last six swaps have been either rejected or cancelled.
Wouldn't it be better to not include items from inactive users. Say people that have not logged in for more than a month. And also if someone consistently refuses swaps. After all people can choose what they offer for items, so why are they then rejecting them?

Your suggestions are sensible and we already take these types of precautions. We are actually a bit more strict to a swapper who rejects or times out. It only takes one such incident to stop their activity. Seems that the biggest issue is with people uploading their items in many services and then forgetting to take them down once they are swapped or given away.
