I have a coupon for free shipping, and its doing the same thing it was several months ago that got fixed. Each time I select it and hit recalculate, it goes back to the same screen but the coupon has been unselected.

Hi Karen,

I guess that by the time I saw this you had already approved making use of the coupon. Is there anything else I can do?
