Free shipping coupon

I'm in the process of approving a swap and I have a coupon for free shipping, but when I select the coupon from the dropdown menu and click the 'Recalculate' button, the price remains the same. Any insight into what the issue might be would be appreciated!

Hi April,

I went ahead and approved it for you using the coupon that had the nearest expiration date.
What browser/computer are you using, if I may ask.
