I only see box sizes, what if we are able to ship in an envelope? what about a flat rate box?

You can mail your package in either an envelope or a box. You can enter custom measurements for your envelope or box, but the shipping cost of anything under 1 lb is the same price, no matter what it's packaged in.
Swapdom is partnering with UPS, and one of the last steps of a swap is printing out a shipping label we provide, so a flat rate box wouldn't work for this.
