It's been over a month since I started my swap ( I think, at least a month) and haven't heard anything, is that normal?

Hi there,

First of all let me welcome you to Swapdom and congratulate you submitting your first swap, which asks for any one of three items and offers any one of four items.  Like a pro!

Our records show that you registered on Nov. 15, the day of our public launch!  You may get a swap at any time after you submit it.  We have users who got 4 swaps since launch!

The first thing that must happen for you to get a swap is that someone must request the items you offered.  Two of your items have already been requested, the requests being placed on Nov. 16, Nov. 22 and Nov 28.  So as time is going by, the chances have increased.  The more people requesting your items the closer you get to realizing your swap.

Here are some tips on how you can improve your chances:

1) As more items are added every day, log in periodically, browse for new items that you like and add them to your swap.  Nothing can increase your chances more than requesting more items.

2) If you have more items to offer add them as well.

Let me know if you have more questions.

Happy Swapping

George
