I cannot see the entire site from my iphone. It's difficult to navigate. Please fix this.

With 1 pound being the lowest weight you can choose, it is making the shipping on items like jewelry be a little excessive. I mean anything over $3.00 is an excessive price for shipping on earrings.

I have tried repeatedly to upload photos from my laptop computer. I have heard good things about your site, but if I am going to have to fight it this much, why bother? I'd really appreciate some help so I can use the site. This seems to be a very common problem, what's going on?

I'm in the process of approving a swap and I have a coupon for free shipping, but when I select the coupon from the dropdown menu and click the 'Recalculate' button, the price remains the same. Any insight into what the issue might be would be appreciated!

I like your new feature for adding items to favorites. However, I favorited a bunch of items and now I can't find them! Please help.

Since the site was updated last month, the new layout doesn't appear properly on my screen anymore. The site is 10x slower to load than it previously was when trying to see swappable items and once I see the items, it only shows part of them while selecting the whole screen (I've included a screenshot to help explain). It's not a huge issue, but it's really annoying and makes the site as a whole harder to use. When you guys get a few moments, please look into it. I like the new layout- I just wish it would appear properly.

When I go to upload an item, there's no way to swap out pictures! I don't want to delete the whole listing just to switch one picture. Didn't know there was a limit of 4 pictures in the first place until I put up my first item!

Hi, I'm unable to delete some items I've uploaded that I've recently donated to the Score! Swapdom event. It's my Ann Loft and Kimchi Blue shirt/dress. Everytime I hit delete and then 'yes' nothing happens and it stays on the same screen.
